You can book a spacious penthouse with roof terrace, a suite with balcony, a luxurious city apartment or even a compact studio. All apartments have their own kitchen / kitchenette, private bathroom and are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, TV, hair dryer, information and much more.

All apartments are non smoking apartments. Smoking is not allowed both inside and outside of the apartment (inside the building, stairwell, on outdoor spaces, and so on).
Rest periods are between 10pm and 7am. In the apartment it is not allowed to have party.
The windows and doors must be closed during storm and rain.
In case of extreme contamination of the apartment extra costs for cleaning can be incurred.
The departure has to be made by 10am on the day of departure. Late check outs are only permitted with our approval.
The guest is obligated to report any damage that occurred during the stay, as soon as possible. He is liable for self-inflicted damage during his use.
The host cannot be held responsible for short-term failure of furnishings, public supply as electricity, water, gas – a price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure.
The host is not liable for any valuables and property of the guests.
